We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

All elements, ie images, text, products etc are our intellectual property. We do not permit public or commercial use of any materials and content created and published by us without prior written consent.

Returns refund policy is that if goods are damaged in transit, and you have accepted the parcel, then we will only accept a return after you have contacted us at berinfischerart@gmail.com and we have discussed this further and approved. The cost of returning these damaged goods is the buyers responsibility. If your parcel arrives with obvious damage to the packaging please DO NOT accept receipt of the parcel. Instead, ask the courier to return it and let us know immediately at berinfischerart@gmail.com
Change of mind cancellation refund policy is available for 48 hours after sale is finalised. Contact berinfischerart@gmail.com and await confirmation of cancellation.
Shipping is a flat rate $20AUD for Australian orders, $30AUD for international orders.
Website is subject to change at any time. We endeavour to maintain an accurate representation of products but there may be minor variance. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
Prices are determined at the time of order and priced in Australian dollars ($AUD). Payment can be made via PayPal, Afterpay, and Credit Card.
We use the services of Australia Post and other reliable couriers.
Our parcels leave our site well wrapped and securely packaged.
We take no responsibility with lost or stolen parcels when they have been delivered to the address given at checkout. Nor are we subject to, and the customer releases us from any liability (including loss or damage) because of any delay in delivery.
​We do not ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We can deliver to your company or work address if that suits.
There is no warranty for items purchased from this website.
Production and shipping times: Estimated 15-20 business days for Australian customers, 25-30 business days for international customers. The bottleneck largely lies with the production process but partly this is because the prints are quality. If you need an item for an occasion i.e. birthday present, it is your responsibility to ensure you have allowed enough time for production AND shipping. These times are only estimates and may take longer particularly during busy times of the year. We will do our best to get them to you ASAP.
Berin Fischer Art retains the right to refuse/reject any sale without any reason given.
Only one discount voucher maximum per purchase
Disputes that cannot be resolved will attempt to be settled via the NSW Small Business Commission at cost to both parties.
